International SEO Services — Rank in the Countries You Actually Sell To

If you're selling into another country, ranking there is a different job from ranking at home. There are a lot of factors to get right, and most of them get skipped.

The first one is language. People in different countries use different vocabulary, different idioms, different slang. The images and the formatting matter too. Something that reads perfectly well in one country can be offensive in another. So you have to be precise about the language you use in the content, and that is not something most SEO companies in Kerala pay any attention to.

Then there is your URL structure. Do you go with a country-code domain, a subdomain, or a subdirectory? That has to be chosen deliberately, based on the country you're targeting, not just picked at random.

Then hreflang. The hreflang tags tell Google which version of a page belongs to which country and language, and they are what solve your duplicate content problems across those versions. We set hreflang up on every international project. Even when a site isn't being optimised for SEO yet, if we're building it, we put hreflang in before it launches.

And then there is the local competition. You have to understand who you're actually up against in that country before you start building any backlinks. A generic backlink profile is useless. You need to understand that market, the directories that exist in that country, the listings, the sites that are genuinely relevant there. That is what brings you trustworthy traffic.

At Techpullers, an SEO company in Kerala, we've been running SEO in other countries for years, and our founder Aiswariya Kolora has 13+ years in SEO and digital marketing.

Our International SEO Work

What We Do

Hreflang and site structure

We set up hreflang properly across every language and country version of your site, so Google knows exactly which page to show to which user, and you don't get punished for duplicate content. We also help you decide the structure itself, a country-code domain, a subdomain or a subfolder, based on the markets you're going after and what you can realistically manage.

Country-specific keyword research

Keywords don't translate. What people type in Kuwait is not what they type in Australia, even when both are searching in English. So we research the keywords in each target market separately, look at the real search demand and the real competition there, and map them to the right pages.

Content for the market

Most of our international work is English-language SEO targeting different countries, and we write that content ourselves. Where a site needs another language, we've done that too. Shop Alsirhan is a multilingual store with an English and Arabic switch built into the navigation, and Skillset Consultancy runs English and Arabic versions with the pricing shown in the right currency for the market. For translated content, we work from what the client provides, because the person who knows the language and the market is you.

Country-specific link building

This is where most agencies fall down. They build the same generic links for every client regardless of country. We look at who your actual competitors are in that market, then go after the directories, the listings and the relevant sites in that country, because a link from within the market is what carries weight there. Our off-page SEO services cover this.

The technical side

Site speed in that region, mobile, structured data, sitemaps per market, geotargeting in Search Console. All of it handled by our own team. See our technical SEO services.

Where We Run Campaigns

Markets We've Actually Worked In

We're not theorising about this from Kerala. We run these campaigns.

  • UAE — AMCO Law Firm in Dubai, and Safeway Group in Abu Dhabi.
  • Kuwait — Alsirhan Shoes, an eCommerce store we built from scratch.
  • Oman — Elite Infotech, an LED display and Dahua security distributor.
  • Australia — OzClean, and a group of dental clinics across New South Wales.
  • Plus India, Qatar, Malaysia, Singapore, the UK, the USA and Canada.

Kuwait

Alsirhan Shoes

Alsirhan Shoes in Kuwait is our clearest international result. They came to us with effectively no online presence, and we built the eCommerce store, the Android app and the SEO from scratch. It is a multilingual store, with an English and Arabic switch.

Today they rank for 292 organic keywords in Kuwait, 121 of them in the top 3, pulling around 3,500 organic visits a month (Ahrefs, June 2026). Google Analytics for the last 30 days shows 61K active users and 78,581 conversions.

Australia

New South Wales Dental Clinics

In Australia, we handle the technical SEO and rankings for a group of dental clinics in New South Wales, and all three rank well locally: Woonona (55 keywords, 21 in the top 3), Dapto (150 keywords, 66 in the top 3) and Shellharbour (156 keywords, 61 in the top 3).

The Difference

Why Choose Techpullers

Aiswariya Kolora, founder of Techpullers, who runs every international SEO project

Honestly, most agencies in Kerala don't do international SEO properly, and the reason is simple. The work is being done by freshers, or by graduates with a year or two of experience. They don't get the language and cultural nuance right. They don't think carefully about whether you should be on a country domain, a subdomain or a subfolder. They don't implement hreflang properly, so the duplicate content problems never get solved. And they build the same generic backlink profile they'd build for any client, without ever understanding the market they're supposed to be competing in.

We've actually done this. We've built and ranked sites in the UAE, Kuwait, Oman and Australia, including a multilingual store. Our founder Aiswariya Kolora has 13+ years of experience and she runs every project herself.

We'll also be straight with you about the timeline. International SEO takes months, not weeks, and we'd rather tell you that upfront than sell you a fantasy. You can read our take on where search is heading in our SEO trends for 2026.

Pricing

Starts at
₹75,000/month

International SEO starts at ₹75,000/month, because it is more complex than a single-market campaign. You're paying for separate keyword research per market, hreflang and site structure work, country-specific content, and link building inside each target country. The exact price depends on how many markets you're going into and the size of the site.

Questions

FAQ

Do I need hreflang?

Yes. Without it Google doesn't know which version of a page to show to which country, and your language versions end up competing with each other as duplicate content. We set it up on every international project, and we put it in at the development stage before a site even launches.

Should I use a country domain, a subdomain, or a subfolder?

It depends on the markets you're targeting and what you can manage. A country-code domain sends the strongest local signal but splits your authority across separate domains. A subfolder keeps your existing authority together and is easier to run. We'll recommend based on your situation rather than a rule of thumb.

Do you write content in other languages?

Most of our international work is English-language SEO targeting different countries, and we write that ourselves. We have built multilingual sites, including Alsirhan's English and Arabic store. For translated content, we work from what you provide, because you know the language and the market better than we do.

Do I need different keywords for each country?

Yes. What people search in Kuwait isn't what they search in Australia, even in English. We research each market separately.

Can I just build the same backlinks everywhere?

No, and this is where most campaigns fail. A generic backlink profile does nothing for you in a new market. You need links from the directories, listings and relevant sites inside that country.

How long does it take?

Months, not weeks. We'll give you an honest timeline after the audit rather than an inflated projection.

How much does it cost?

From ₹75,000/month, depending on how many markets you're targeting and the size of your site. Every engagement starts with a free audit.
