Terms of Service Techpullers Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd

Terms of Service

Effective Date: 30 October 2026
Last updated: 30 October 2026

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) set out the rules for using the Techpullers website and the services and software we provide. That includes our client dashboard and our apps on Meta’s platforms for WhatsApp Business messaging, Facebook, Instagram and Meta advertising.

Please read them carefully. By using our website, signing a proposal with us, or connecting your business to our platform, you agree to these Terms. If you are accepting them for a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business.

How we handle personal data is explained separately in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

1. Who we are

Techpullers Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd (“Techpullers”, “we”, “us”)
10C, Trans Asia Cyber Park, Infopark SEZ, Phase II, Ambalamedu P.O., Kochi, Keralam 682303, India
info@techpullers.com · +91 98951 56580

“You” means the person using our website, or the business (and its authorised users) that buys our services or uses our platform (a “Client”).

2. What these Terms cover

  • The website: techpullers.com and its pages, tools and forms.
  • Our services: SEO, Google Ads and performance marketing, social media marketing, content, web design and development, app development, AI automation and related work.
  • The Techpullers Platform: our client dashboard and our apps on Meta’s platforms, namely Techpullers Messaging Platform (WhatsApp Business Platform / Cloud API) and Techpullers Agency API (Facebook Pages, Instagram and Meta advertising).

For paid work, the scope, deliverables, timelines and fees are set out in a proposal, quotation, statement of work or order (an “Order”). If an Order conflicts with these Terms, the Order prevails for that engagement. Web hosting and domain services have their own terms, which apply to those services.

3. Using our website

You may use our website to learn about us, read our content and contact us. You must not:

  • use it unlawfully;
  • try to break into, overload or disrupt it;
  • scrape or copy its content in bulk;
  • submit false information or spam through its forms.

Website content is general information, not professional advice for your specific situation. We keep it accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or error-free.

4. Our services

We will perform the services described in your Order with reasonable skill and care, using suitably experienced people.

To do that well we need your help. This means:

  • timely access to the accounts, assets, information and approvals we ask for;
  • accurate information about your business, products and offers;
  • making sure that anything you give us to publish or advertise is lawful and that you have the rights to it.

Delays in access or approvals may move timelines.

No guaranteed results. Search rankings, traffic, leads, sales and advertising results depend on search engines, ad platforms, competitors and markets that we do not control. We commit to doing the work well and reporting on it honestly, not to a specific ranking or outcome, unless an Order expressly says otherwise.

5. The Techpullers Platform and our Meta apps

5.1 Who can use it

The Platform is for businesses, not for personal or household use. Access is given to people a Client authorises. You must keep your login details secure, and you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at once if you suspect unauthorised access.

5.2 Connecting your Meta assets

You can connect your WhatsApp Business Account and phone number, Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts, ad accounts or pixels. You do this through Facebook Login for Business, WhatsApp Embedded Signup, or by sharing assets with Techpullers in Meta Business settings.

By connecting, you authorise us to access and act on those assets for you, within the permissions you grant. This includes sending and receiving messages, managing message templates, publishing content and managing ads. You confirm that you own or are authorised to manage every asset you connect. You can withdraw this authorisation at any time by disconnecting our app (see section 13).

5.3 Meta’s terms also apply

Your use of WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram through our Platform is also governed by Meta’s terms and policies. These include:

You must comply with them. Meta decides on matters such as message pricing, template approval, phone number quality ratings and messaging limits, and on restricting or suspending accounts.

5.4 Your responsibilities when messaging customers

  • Consent: you must have the person’s opt-in to receive WhatsApp messages from your business before you message them first, as WhatsApp requires. You must keep records of that consent.
  • Opt-outs: you must honour requests to stop messaging. Our Platform automatically processes “STOP” and “UNSUBSCRIBE” replies, and you must not get around them.
  • Content: you are responsible for your automated replies, templates, lead questions, alerts and everything else you send. It must be accurate and lawful, and must not be misleading, spam, or about products and services that WhatsApp or Meta prohibit.
  • Your customers’ data: you decide why your customers’ data is collected and processed (you are the Data Fiduciary). You must give your customers any notices the law requires, and you must handle the leads you receive lawfully. We process that data for you as described in section 21 of our Privacy Policy.
  • Scope of automation: automated conversations must stay within your business’s own services and information. The Platform must not be used to offer a general-purpose AI assistant on WhatsApp.

5.5 What you must not do

You must not:

  • use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or deceptive purposes, or to send bulk unsolicited messages;
  • try to access another Client’s data, or bypass security or rate limits;
  • reverse-engineer, copy, resell or sublicense the Platform;
  • use it in a way that could get your account, our app, or other Clients restricted by Meta.

6. Fees, Meta charges and payment

  • Our fees: set out in your Order. Unless the Order says otherwise, invoices are payable within 15 days and fees are exclusive of GST and other applicable taxes.
  • Platform and media costs:
    • Advertising spend is charged by the ad platform to your payment method.
    • WhatsApp message charges are set by Meta and billed by Meta to the payment method on your WhatsApp Business Account, unless your Order says we will pay them and recharge them to you.
    • These costs are separate from our fees.
  • Late payment: if an invoice is overdue, we may pause work or Platform access after giving you written notice. We resume once payment is received.

7. Availability and changes to the Platform

We work to keep the Platform available and secure, and we monitor it. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, because it depends on Meta’s services, internet providers and other third parties outside our control.

We may improve or change Platform features. If a change materially reduces a feature you rely on, we will tell you in advance where we reasonably can. Uptime or support commitments apply only if they are written into your Order.

8. Intellectual property

  • Yours: you keep ownership of your content, brand, data and customer information. You give us a licence to use them only to provide the services and the Platform to you.
  • Ours: we own the Platform, our software, tools, methods, templates and know-how, and our website content. Using the Platform does not transfer ownership of any of it to you.
  • Deliverables: once we have been paid in full, ownership of the deliverables made specifically for you passes to you as set out in your Order. Examples are website designs, written content and creatives. Third-party components, such as licensed themes, plugins, fonts and stock images, remain under their own licences.
  • Portfolio: unless you tell us not to, we may name you as a client and show work we did for you, without revealing confidential information.

9. Confidentiality and data protection

Each of us will keep the other’s non-public business information confidential. We will each use it only for our work together, except where disclosure is required by law.

We store access tokens encrypted and limit access to your data to the team members who work on your account. Our Privacy Policy sets out what personal data we process, and how long we keep it, including data handled by our Meta apps for you (section 21 of that policy).

10. Third-party services

Our services rely on third-party platforms such as Meta (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram), Google, hosting providers and payment gateways.

We are not responsible for their acts, outages, policy changes, pricing, account reviews or decisions, including a platform rejecting a template or ad, or restricting an account or number. We will help you respond where we can.

11. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud. Subject to that:

  • Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill or data that is indirect or consequential.
  • Our total liability arising out of or relating to our services and the Platform is limited to the fees you paid us for the service concerned in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim. This applies whether the claim is in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise.

12. Indemnity

You will indemnify Techpullers against claims, penalties and reasonable costs that arise from any of the following:

  • content or instructions you provide;
  • messages sent from your account without the required consent;
  • your breach of Meta’s or WhatsApp’s terms or policies;
  • your breach of applicable law.

13. Suspension, ending the service and your data

  • Ending: either party may end an engagement as set out in the Order. If the Order is silent, either party may end it with 30 days’ written notice. Fees for work done up to the end date remain payable.
  • Suspension: we may suspend Platform access, with notice where practical, in three cases:
    • to protect the Platform, other Clients or a Meta account from harm;
    • if your use breaches these Terms or Meta’s policies;
    • for unpaid invoices under section 6.
  • Disconnecting: you can disconnect our apps at any time. Remove them in your Facebook settings (Apps and websites) or in Meta Business settings (Integrations → Connected apps).
  • Your data at the end: before the service ends you can export your leads (for example as CSV). Within 30 days after it ends, we delete your access tokens and the WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram data we hold for you, except records the law requires us to keep. The data deletion instructions in our Privacy Policy explain how to ask for deletion earlier.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to resolve any dispute through good-faith discussion. If that fails, the courts at Ernakulam, Kerala have exclusive jurisdiction.

15. General

  • Changes to these Terms: we may update these Terms as our services, the Platform or the law change. The “Last updated” date shows the current version. For material changes affecting active Clients, we will give notice by email or in the dashboard. Continuing to use the services after that counts as acceptance.
  • Force majeure: neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
  • Whole agreement: these Terms, the Privacy Policy and your Order are the whole agreement between us about their subject.
  • Severability: if any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
  • No waiver: not enforcing a right straight away does not waive it.
  • Assignment: you may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent.
