For six years, Techpullers has been an SEO and web development agency in Kerala working with clients in India, the UAE, Australia and the Gulf. Hosting was never something we sold. It was something we kept getting pulled into.

A WordPress site would get hit with malware and the hosting company would tell them to “restore from your own backup.” A migration would be quoted at three weeks. Normal tickets are answered Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM IST. Grow customers get WhatsApp support with a 12-hour response target; Scale customers get priority WhatsApp with a 4-hour target. Emergencies are handled around the clock on every plan.
You will not be sent a knowledge-base link and told to try it yourself. The person answering has run cPanel servers for a hosting company before.
If your current host uses cPanel, migration is free: one site on Launch, all your sites on Grow and Scale. We transfer the full account: files, databases, email accounts and mail, DNS zones, SSL certificates and cron jobs. You check the copy on a temporary URL, then we switch nameservers while your old host stays live until DNS has propagated.
Moving from Plesk, a custom panel, or a managed WordPress host like Kinsta or WP Engine is a one-time USD 100, handled the same way.
We have moved dozens of client sites this way as part of our SEO work, because a migration that drops rankings is worse than no migration. The process exists so that doesn't happen.

Techpullers Cloud is run by Leno B. Vettoor, co-founder and COO of Techpullers. Before co-founding the agency in 2019, Leno worked inside hosting companies, as a Level-2 Technical Support Specialist and System Administrator III at HostPapa, and as a System Administrator at Lunarpages, a managed service provider covering infrastructure management, cloud deployments and security operations.
Since 2019 the Techpullers team has hosted, secured and maintained sites for the agency's clients across India, the UAE and Australia, with hands-on experience in malware cleanup, server hardening and migrations. The engineers answering your tickets come from the same background.
We run and manage our own servers on rented infrastructure in France (shared and managed WordPress plans) and in Germany, Finland, Singapore and the USA (cloud, managed cloud and dedicated). We don't own the buildings; we do own the configuration, the security, the backups and the support.
