What "content & fix allowance" covers
The hours are for the things a business actually asks for month to month:
- Updating text, images, prices, opening hours, team members
- Adding a new page from existing design components
- Adding or fixing a contact form, a WhatsApp button, a Google Maps embed
- Installing and configuring a plugin you need
- Fixing a layout problem on mobile
- Adding tracking codes, Google Business Profile links, schema
- Uploading a blog post you've written, with basic on-page SEO
Not covered by the allowance: a redesign, a new site section with custom design, custom development, or SEO campaigns, those are separate Techpullers projects, and care plan clients get priority scheduling on them.

Do you build new sites under a care plan?
No. That's a web design project. Care plans start once a site exists.
What if my site is on Shopify or Wix?
Care plans are for WordPress and other self-hosted sites. For hosted builders we can offer content support hours only.
Do you cover WooCommerce?
Yes on Business and Priority, which include the update-via-staging and PHP tuning a store needs.
What's the difference between this and Managed WordPress Hosting?
Managed WordPress covers the hosting and WordPress upkeep. Care plans add human hours for content and fixes each month, monthly reporting and proactive checks.
