A note on the smallest plans. At [$9.99] the management fee on a Starter server is under a dollar a month. We offer it because businesses moving from shared hosting usually start small and grow, and we'd rather have the relationship. It is not a plan for a site that opens ten tickets a month.

Where your server is
Managed Cloud servers run in our data centres in Falkenstein and Nuremberg (Germany), Helsinki (Finland), Singapore, and Ashburn and Hillsboro (USA). Backups go to an off-server storage box in Germany or Finland, separate from the server. Choose Singapore for audiences in India, Southeast Asia and Australia; Germany or Finland for Europe, the UK, the Middle East and Africa; the US for the Americas. We don't have Mumbai, Sydney, Dubai or Johannesburg locations, and we'll say so before you order rather than after.
Who's doing the managing
The people administering these servers have done it for a living inside hosting companies. Leno B. Vettoor, who leads Techpullers Cloud, was a System Administrator III at HostPapa and a System Administrator at Lunarpages, a managed service provider, before co-founding Techpullers; he's a certified cPanel & WHM Administrator. The team has been running servers for the agency's own clients since 2019.

Is Managed Cloud the same as Managed VPS?
Yes. Different hosts use different names for the same thing: a virtual server with the OS and security managed for you. Ours is called Managed Cloud Hosting.
Do I get root access?
On request. Most customers don't want it; if you do, we'll set it up and agree on what's ours to manage and what's yours.
How fast do you respond?
Server down or unreachable: 24/7, any plan. Other tickets: Monday–Saturday 9:30–6:30 IST, with WhatsApp available on Managed Cloud plans.
Can you host multiple sites on one server?
Yes, that's a common setup with cPanel/WHM. Add sites as you go.
Can I start on Cloud VPS and move to managed later?
Yes, on the same server, no migration. The price changes from +20% to +35% of the base.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee on cloud plans. Migrations from non-cPanel hosts are USD 100.
