When you actually need a dedicated server
Most sites don't. A Managed Cloud server with dedicated vCPU covers the majority of "we've outgrown VPS" cases at lower cost and with faster provisioning. You want a dedicated server when:
- You need every core and every gigabyte to yourself, with no hypervisor between you and the hardware: databases, video transcoding, game servers, large e-commerce.
- You're consolidating many client sites or containers onto one machine you fully control.
- Compliance or licensing requires single-tenant hardware.
- You're running a hosting or SaaS business of your own and want the economics of bare metal.
If none of those sound like you, Managed Cloud Hosting is probably the right page.

Servers are provisioned in our data centres in Falkenstein or Nuremberg (Germany) and Helsinki (Finland). Prices exclude VAT/GST; one-time setup fees are passed through at cost. Monthly price stays the same at renewal.

Between the base and Max configurations there are intermediate RAM and storage options; tell us the workload and we'll spec the right one. AMD (AX line) and GPU servers are available on request.
Included on every server: one IPv4 and a /64 IPv6, unlimited traffic at 1 Gbit/s, KVM console access, hardware replacement, ISO 27001-certified data centres. Additional IPv4 addresses are [$2/mo] each with a one-time [$6] setup; a /29 subnet (6 usable IPs) is [$16/mo].
Unmanaged or managed
Unmanaged. You get the server, root access, a rescue system and the console. We handle hardware, network and data-centre issues, a dead disk or a network fault is our 24/7 emergency. Everything above the hardware is yours.

Management is priced per server. Control panel licences (cPanel, CloudLinux, LiteSpeed Enterprise) are added at cost.
How provisioning works
- Order or request a quote.Standard configurations are usually delivered within one business day; custom builds can take a few days depending on hardware availability.
- We hand over rootwith your chosen OS (Ubuntu, Debian, AlmaLinux, Rocky, or a rescue system for your own install), or, on managed plans, we build the stack to your specification.
- Migration.Moving cPanel accounts in from another host is free on managed plans; from other panels USD 100 per account or quoted for bulk.
- Monitoring and backups go liveon managed plans before we call it done.
Location and network
Germany (Falkenstein, Nuremberg) and Finland (Helsinki) only. Both are ISO/IEC 27001 certified, GDPR-compliant, with redundant power and multiple upstream carriers. Latency from Dubai is roughly 120 ms, from Mumbai 140–160 ms, from Johannesburg 160 ms, from London under 20 ms. If your users are primarily in India or Australia and latency is the priority, a Singapore Managed Cloud server may serve them better than a European dedicated box; we'll tell you which.
Who runs it
Techpullers' engineers have administered dedicated and cPanel servers inside hosting companies (HostPapa, Lunarpages) before running them for the agency's own clients. Managed plans are handled by the same team, led by Leno B. Vettoor, certified cPanel & WHM Administrator.

Is there a contract?
Monthly. Setup fees, where they apply, are one-time.
Can I bring my own licences?
Yes, cPanel, Plesk, CloudLinux, LiteSpeed, Windows Server (unmanaged only).
What about hardware failure?
Hardware replacement is included; on managed plans we restore from backup onto the replacement. On unmanaged plans you restore from your own backups, take them.
Can I get a GPU server?
On request; not listed here because availability varies.
Do you offer dedicated servers in India, the UAE or Australia?
No. Germany and Finland only at present.
