The Story of HCC

HCC Kuwait was established in 2002 with the aim of providing quality hearing care services in Kuwait. Although they had a long history and reputation of providing quality hearing solutions, their reach and online presence were very low. This was a tough obstacle in the growth of their business. HCC was looking for an experienced SEO agency to help them overcome this. Like many of our clients, HCC found Techpullers through search. The Challenge

HCC has faced challenges on many levels. They had a website but it did not give them an online presence. The website was not optimized for search and it was not converting.

Online Presence - They had a website, social media pages, and GMB listing. But in spite of this online presence of HCC was almost zero. Their website did not bring them any return on investment and had to be revamped.

Awareness - They wanted to create brand awareness and drive traffic into their physical store in Kuwait.

Local Search Results - Their website was not coming up in local search results. They were not ranking on Google SERP either.

What We Did For HCC

Auditing

Our SEO team did detailed auditing of the HCC website and other pages; documented the issues with the website. Some of the major issues we found out were

  • They were not targeting the relevant keywords
  • The website had thin or almost no content.
  • They did not have a live blog.
  • Their social media pages and GMB were not active.
  • GMB was not optimized.

Keyword Research And SEO Strategy

We created a detailed report and had discussions with HCC on the situation. We also suggested possible solutions and a course of action. Our team did thorough keyword research to find out the relevant and high-volume keywords for HCC. This also included the competitor study and the creation of the audience persona. We segmented the target audience and tried to address their needs.

Our primary considerations while revamping the websites was

  • 2. Website Structure-  We optimized the site structure and did other technical optimization such as page loading speed and responsiveness.
  • 3. Content-  The content on the pages was thin. We added relevant content to the web pages and restructured the website.
  • 4. Keywords- After adding the content, we optimized the website for target keywords.
  • 5. Contact Details-  We added the right contact details, maps, and directions on the website. We also provided proper internal linking and gave appropriate CTAs.
  • 6. On Page Blog-  We started regularly updating the on-site blog. Fresh and quality content increases engagement.

Off Page SEO

  • 1. Guest Posting-  As part of our Off page SEO efforts, we started guest posting various articles from HCC on relevant websites that are useful to the people. We use natural link-building strategies as part of our local SEO efforts.
  • Sharing on Social Media-  We started actively posting and sharing blogs on social media pages. This creates user engagement in the long term.
  • 3. Directory Submissions-  We submit the details on local directories and niche directories.
  • 4. Optimize for Local Search-  We have optimized the website for location-based search for Kuwait. In addition to that, we update and optimize GMB regularly to make sure that it is optimized for local search.
  • 5. Other Platforms-  We also have marked the presence of HCC on other platforms like Medium and Quora by maintaining an active profile on them.
