Which tier do I need?
Shared vCPU (Starter–Pro) is fine for staging, dev boxes, small WordPress or Laravel sites, n8n automations, personal Nextcloud, Discord bots, low-traffic APIs. The CPU is shared with other tenants; short bursts are fine, sustained 100% load isn't.
Regular performance (S–3XL) for production websites, APIs with real users, WooCommerce stores, Node or Python apps. Newer AMD EPYC cores, more predictable performance, still shared.
Dedicated vCPU (Dedicated Cloud S–3XL) when the workload runs hot all the time: databases, CI runners, video processing, high-traffic stores, anything where a slow neighbour would be a problem. The cores are yours alone.
Rough rule of thumb from running client sites: a well-cached WordPress site handles 50,000 visits a month comfortably on 2 vCPU / 4 GB; a WooCommerce store with 1,000 orders a month wants 4 vCPU / 8 GB and a separate database server once it's doing ten times that. How much traffic can a 4 GB VPS handle?
Locations and latency
| Location | Data centre | Good for |
|---|---|---|
| Falkenstein / Nuremberg, Germany | Our German sites | Europe, UK, Middle East, Africa |
| Helsinki, Finland | Our Finnish site | Nordics, Europe, cheapest tier |
| Singapore | Our Singapore site | India, Southeast Asia, Australia |
| Ashburn / Hillsboro, USA | Our US sites | North and South America |
From Kochi or Mumbai, Singapore is roughly 40–70 ms; Germany is 120–160 ms. From Sydney, Singapore is about 90 ms. From Dubai, Germany is about 120 ms. From Johannesburg, Germany is about 160 ms. If you need a Mumbai, Sydney or Johannesburg server, we don't offer one today, and we'd rather tell you than sell you the wrong region.
German and Finnish data centres are ISO/IEC 27001 certified. Data centres and network

If you're a developer or you have a sysadmin, Cloud VPS is the better deal. If you're a business that just wants a bigger, faster server than shared hosting without hiring anyone, Managed Cloud is the one.
Support on Cloud VPS
Infrastructure issues (the node, the network, the storage) are ours, and a server that's unreachable because of them is a 24/7 emergency on every plan. Questions about your OS, your stack or your application are answered Monday to Saturday, 9:30–6:30 IST, as best-effort guidance; hands-on work inside your server is billable at USD 10/hour or covered by moving to Managed Cloud.
Frequently asked questions
Is this just resold infrastructure?
The servers run in data centres we rent capacity from, yes, and we say so. What you get from Techpullers is one account and one invoice alongside your hosting, domains and email, INR billing with GST invoices if you're in India, and the option to move to a managed plan on the same server without migrating.
Can I pay in INR?
Yes, visitors from India see INR prices including GST; everyone else sees USD.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes, resize up to a larger plan in the same family from the panel; storage can grow, not shrink.
Do you offer Windows?
No. Linux only.
Can I get a control panel?
Install what you like, or take a Managed Cloud plan and we'll install and license cPanel or CloudPanel for you.
Money-back?
No. Billing is hourly under the monthly cap, so a server you delete after a day costs a day. ---
Deploy in two minutes, or ask us to run it for you.
GST invoice on every payment. Same price on renewal.
