Fotislaw set out to explore the vast possibilities of digital marketing to increase its online presence and solidify its position as the leading legal experts in Dubai and the UAE. Their goals revolved around the necessity of using Google to generate leads, improving online visibility through organic search, and orchestrating a spike in website traffic. These objectives were the driving force behind our joint effort to design a custom digital solution that reflected Fotislaw’s distinct character and goals. CLIENT REQUIREMENTS

The digital marketing strategies of Fotislaw faced many obstacles that stemmed from inadequacies in technical expertise and tactical execution. Their website had inadequate material, image, and video optimisation, unresponsiveness, slow loading times, and navigational problems. It was also not user-friendly. Poor SERP rankings, poor keyword selection, and a disregard for off-page and technical SEO all hampered SEO efforts. Local SEO was disregarded, with insufficient local search engine optimisation as well as neglect for Google Maps and GMB listing optimisation. PPC campaigns suffered from poor lead generation, negative keyword targeting, and keyword misalignment. In order to facilitate Fotislaw’s primary aims of increasing online presence, trustworthiness, and brand recognition, we developed a targeted SEO plan that was customised to meet their specific requirements. Our team completely redesigned the website, optimising it from the ground up to satisfy user needs and search engine optimisation.

PPC STRATEGY FOR FOTISLAW

Pay per Click, or PPC, streamlines the process of linking Fotislaw with clients who are looking for legal aid in Dubai and the UAE. Our analysts identified a mismatch in Fotislaw’s Google Ads keyword investment and carried out extensive keyword research, demographic analysis, and market studies to identify highly relevant keywords. Because Google Ads are so popular in Dubai, we gave them priority and created engaging landing pages and ad copy with an emphasis on exact match, phrase match, and broad match keywords. We created unique landing pages for each service, incorporating negative keywords to focus targeting and making sure the copy was attention-grabbing and the content was appealing to increase conversions. Using “Maximise Impression Share” and “Maximise Conversions” as our cornerstone tactics, we developed numerous ad groups and campaigns for different services, iteratively improving them using analytics.

RESULTS

The first month after our marketing plan was successfully put into action, Fotislaw saw some noteworthy search and user engagement numbers. 916 new organic searches, 393 direct searches, 382 sponsored searches, and 80 organic social interactions were displayed in the organic search results. 746 views for certain keywords such as “best law firm in Dubai” and “lawyers in Dubai” demonstrated improved user involvement. There were 1,209 users in the UAE in total, 1,207 of whom were new members, according to user attribute metrics.

THREE MONTH

The first three months following the launch of Fotislaw’s website saw significant improvements in several indicators. In addition to 116 organic social searches, the website registered 2,057 new organic searches, 1,471 direct searches, and 737 paid searches. The terms “best law firm in Dubai,” “top lawyers in Dubai,” and “advocates in Dubai” generated 2,516 views according to user involvement metrics. Additionally, the user base grew to 2,871 in the UAE, of whom 2,868 were new members.

ONE YEAR

The website performed noticeably better throughout the course of the first year. 506 organic social searches, 11,569 direct searches, 6,359 sponsored searches, and 47,635 fresh organic searches were recorded. 8,324 views for keywords like “law firm in Dubai,” “lawyers in Dubai,” and “advocates and legal consultants in Dubai” indicate that user engagement is still high. With new users from India, the USA, and the UK, the user base increased significantly to 41,083 in the UAE, demonstrating a rising global presence.
