The IBS Transformation Story
Overview
We worked with IBS Bank Career Portal, a leading coaching and certification platform for banking professionals to turn their website into a more structured, accessible, and visually engaging space. The portal now caters to two main groups of users:
- Aspiring Banking Professionals: students and candidates preparing for JAIIB, CAIIB, IIBF certifications, DRA qualification, and other banking related exams.
- Institutional Stakeholders: recruiters, educators, and administrators who use the platform to monitor and track performance, manage schedules, and extend their reach.

COLOUR
Our Design Thinking
We kicked things off by stepping into the shoes of learners, mapping how learners actually use banking career platforms, so we could understand their needs and challenges they face. Our focus stayed on making communication clear, navigation simple, and course discovery effortless. To refine these ideas, we ran a competitor analysis that showed us what already works well in the industry and how we could make it even better than any other.
For visuals, we focus on a two way approach, warm, approachable tones and clean layouts for learners, paired with a professional look for institutional stakeholders. With a modular design system like flexible colors, typography, and layouts, we built a platform that’s consistent, while still leaving room for future customization.
Finished Product
In the end, we built a flexible design library that works like building blocks, easy to adapt for any industry while still giving IBS Bank Career its own unique identity. By pairing custom color palettes and typography, we made the portal feel distinct, yet future ready for new updates.
The two tone design approach strikes the right balance as it increases both performance and conversions while keeping the brand look clean, consistent, and minimal. The result is a platform that not only catches the eye but also delivers real results for its users.
