Al Sirhan Shoes Digital Transformation
Overview
We partnered with Al Sirhan Shoes, a leading footwear brand in Kuwait and Qatar to rebuild their digital presence with a mobile app and an online presence. The goal was to create a shopping experience that blends ease, elegance, and performance across platforms. The new solution now caters to two core groups of users:
- Consumers: footwear lovers exploring premium and comfort collections across Men, Women, and Kids, with quick access to top brands and smooth purchase journeys.
- Al Sirhan’s Brand & Operations Teams: requiring a scalable, consistent platform for product display, instant notifications, and cross platform engagement.
Our Design Thinking
We started by stepping into the shoes of Al Sirhan’s customers, mapping how they browse and buy footwear online. This helped us uncover their key needs, simple navigation, smarter product discovery, and a sense of trust built through brand authenticity. To address this, we streamlined category browsing and added enhanced search with personalized recommendations and real time alerts.
For visuals, we struck a balance between premium fashion styling that reflects Al Sirhan’s iconic brands and approachable shopping ease that interests every demographic. Branded banners, product cards, and clear category signposts create an effortless flow, while a flexible modular design system ensures durability, consistency, and clarity across devices.
