Universal Terms of Service Agreement

This Universal Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Techpullers Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd ("Techpullers," "we," "our," or "us") and you, the individual or entity ("you," "your," or "Client") accessing or using our services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

Please read this Agreement carefully, as it contains important information regarding your legal rights and obligations.

1. Acceptance of Terms

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in kochi, India, for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of the Site or Services.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Waiver

No waiver of any term of this Agreement shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and Techpullers' failure to assert any right or provision under this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

15. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, along with any policies and agreements incorporated by reference, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Techpullers with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and Techpullers with respect to the Site or Services.
