This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations for our services, including Domain Registration, SEO Services, PPC Services, Social Media Marketing, Dedicated Hosting, Cloud VM Hosting, and Shared Hosting.

1. General Refund Guidelines

  • Refunds are issued based on the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Refund requests must be made within the applicable timeframes as specified below.
  • This policy does not cover incidental costs such as domain registration fees, setup fees, or third-party services.
  • Refunds for services not listed as refundable in this policy will not be provided.

2. 30-Day Money Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on selected services. However, please note that the following payment methods are non-refundable, and refunds will be posted as a credit to your account:

  • Bank Wire Transfers
  • Western Union Payments
  • Checks
  • Money Orders

3. Eligibility for Refunds

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Non-Refundable Items: There are no refunds on domain registration, domain-related services, third-party products, administrative fees, and installation fees.
  • First-Time Accounts: Only first-time accounts are eligible for a refund. If you have previously had an account with us and canceled, you are not eligible for a refund on a new account. Similarly, opening a second account will not qualify for a refund.
  • Refund Period: The request must be made within the specified refund period for the service or product purchased.
  • Service Eligibility: The service or product must be eligible for a refund as per the product-specific terms outlined below.
  • Proper Channels: The refund request must be submitted through the proper channels, such as our customer support portal or via email.
  • Justification: Your refund request must be justified with a valid technical issue faced due to our services.
  • Suspended/Terminated Services: No refund will be made if your service(s) are suspended or terminated due to violations of our terms of service or acceptable use policies.

4. Non-Refundable Services

  • Domain registrations and renewals
  • SEO Services (due to the nature of the work and resource allocation)
  • PPC Services (after campaigns have been launched)
  • Social Media Marketing services (after campaigns have been initiated)
  • Dedicated Hosting
  • Cloud VM Hosting
  • All third-party services and products

5. Product-Specific Refund Terms

  • Domain Registration: Non-refundable.
  • SEO Services: Non-refundable after the service has commenced.
  • PPC Services: Non-refundable after the campaign has been initiated.
  • Social Media Marketing: Non-refundable after the campaign has been initiated.
  • Shared Hosting: Refundable within 30 days of purchase.
  • Dedicated Hosting: Non-refundable.
  • Cloud VM Hosting: Non-refundable.

6. Notice of Cancellation

You may cancel your service at any time by contacting Techpullers via email. The cancellation request must include verification of ownership of the account and/or domain(s), as determined by Techpullers. You must also confirm to Techpullers that all emails, files, and databases are preserved and backed up independently of Techpullers' services.

7. Refund Process

To request a refund, contact our customer support team via email at [insert email address]. Provide your account details and the reason for the refund request. Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

8. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the date of approval. The funds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase.

9. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your service at any time by submitting a written request to our customer support team. Upon cancellation, services will be terminated at the end of the current billing cycle. Any outstanding fees or charges for services rendered prior to the cancellation will be due.
