Key Responsibilities

  1. Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities.
  2. Support in writing new business proposals.
  3. Make cold calls for new business leads
  4. Managing the recruitment and selection process
  5. Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate and cost-effective way
  6. Recruit and supervise staff
  7. Find ways to increase quality of customer service
  8. Analyze business requirements and customer needs
  9. Maintaining continuous client relationships through client follow-up and responding to their queries
  10. Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
